Very well said.  I couldn&#039;t have said it better myself.  Between your blog and Mitch Album&#039;s you totally struck a chord.  

I am still in shock but I also know he is doing what is best for him and his family.  He needs to start a second chapter in his life.  Too bad he had to leave Detroit to do it but there is nothing but respect.

It is still hard to read 27 years... That is a lot of time and I am sure Mike Illitch feels like Stevie left the nest.  He has been here for all the major events with his family and watched him grow into the professional he is today.  

Good luck Stevie.  Detroit will always be your home.</description>
