Three Ring Circus
I wonder how long it'll take Babcock to put the Three Ring Circus back together--aka the Datsyuk-Zetterberg-Holmstrom line again. They were together shortly on a PP tonight against Ottawa, with provided a few good scoring chances. I understand that Datsyuk and Hossa need to get going, but with utter lack of top line offense isn't particularly inspiring. It's early in the season, but Babcock tried this last season and promptly put Pav and Z back together by December. Hossa is supposed to provide more scoring depth, and he does, but I think he'd work better on the second line with Filppula and Franzen. The Wings had enough depth without him, so I don't quite see the need to suddenly split up the Circus with his arrival.
